Infrastructure

The school campus is located at mid of Guwahati city divided into 5 block, having excellent infrastructural support to enhance students' learning environment. The School ensures that students are supported via user friendly policies and procedures with respect to provision, procurement, utilization, upkeep and maintenance of necessary facilities. These tasks are managed effectively by school administrators. The school campuses have adequate number of toilet, drinking water facilities at every floor level for the convinient of students.

School have well-equipped laboratories, libraries with adequate print, e-resources and reference material, auditoria, cafetria, outdoor, and indoor sports facilities, common rooms, restrooms, hostels, and staff residential quarters. School have 24x7 power backup system for every classroom.

School boarding house is a home away from home. The environment is protective and attentive like home and, at the same time, makes children independent enough to grow as individuals in their own right. The best learning facilities, the delicious and healthy multi cuisine meals, the idyllic surroundings, well ventilate dormitory and friendly staff leaves children feeling secure and happy. Personal care and attention is provided to each and every one of us in aspects of a strong foundation of academics, personality development, cultural enrichment, talent / skill development, increasing our intellectual and emotional quotient to getting prepared for a strong career and life ahead.

The Boarding house has separate floors for junior, Middle and High School. The environment is Ragging Free and there is a lot of camaraderie between seniors and juniors. Each floor is supervised by an experienced residential House Parent, with Support Staff to cater to individual needs of each child.

Grants-in-aid

South Point School does not receive any grants from the Central or State Government.

Admissions

The admissions process starts from Mid of December till February every year for classes Pre-Primary:

• Admission application is accepted both online and offline.
• Admission application for Class 11 all department (Humanities, Science and Commerce) accepted from end of April month.
